Funny that you posted this, I was just telling someone about my first day at fitness bootcamp and how I almost walked out a quarter way in because I barely made it through the warm up... now I sometimes throw in and evening bootcamp after the morning one!

Lacy stuff... colour doesnt matter, it depends on what Im wearing... I find thongs more comfortable than full. On a guy... a good snug fitting pair of boxer briefs... yuuuummmmyyy!

Drink lots of water to flush it out... and start again tomorrow! Thats the wonderful thing about this lifestyle change thing... one bad day isnt going to ruin it all :) Dont over correct though and go nuts tomorrow... just keep at it like you have up to now, and congrats on the 20lbs!!! :D

Waldem farms 0 calorie dressings... A GODSEND!!! I particularly like the 1000 island dressing its sooooo good! They have a website that you can order off of if your local grocer doesnt carry it.. And it doesnt taste like light 0 calorie cardboard either.

And I agree 100% with the person above... dont look at the big picture right now... break it down to 10 or 20lbs mini goals.. Thats what I did... 10lbs at a time..I didnt look at it like I needed to loose 60lbs, but that I needed to get below…

Yeah, Im on the FP 1200 calorie diet, its worked for me. Im pretty happy with what Im getting to eat though. I have the worlds slowest metabolism so I dont get too hungry... Bootcamp days I eat a little bit more because I burn off so much, for the most part its between 1000 and 1200... and I dont really get hungry at all.…

I just keep putting on foot in front of the other.... Ive mostly made this a complete lifestyle change versus a diet... and when I do feel like going crazy and throwing it all to the wind.. I think to myself... "Ive lost x amount of weight... is it worth throwing that little bit of progress away?" and the answer is no...…

Mines retarded... but is a secret goal none-the-less.... when I stand with my feet together, I want to see a little space between my thighs, instead of squelchy unhealthy flab pushing together! Hahah,,, it looks dumb when I see it written down.
