I jut want to clarify that Im not bashing on people from the south, In fact I LOVE a texan accent. What THIS guy has going on is a whole other thing!! Im still getting used to this whole mid-west thing.. I was born and raised in South Africa and then spent 8 years in Canada before moving here... Its still quite a novelty!

OH WOW!! My MIL told my hubby that I wouldnt last 10 minutes on a diet, and in fact Id be even fatter by next XMAS... So 33lbs later I email her every now and then and tell her how much Ive lost :devil:

Toning while losing is the best thing you can do! Instead of that lose skin hanging around the place, you will replace it with well toned muscles! I say start now! I do a whole bunch of different things on different days.. Its good to change it up, that way you dont get bored, and your muscles are forced to work…

Yeah, Im 28 and my doc said that time and patience would do the trick. My bootcamp instructor also said that excersize with weight los is important, it helps tone up your muscles and that seems to help with the flappy skin. I just wish it would tighten up faster!

Seems to me like your metabolism is wacky! Start eating breakfasts! This sets you up for the rest of your day... Set your calorie goal on here and stick to it as best you can... 3 square meals and a snack a day are good for me... 6 smalls throughout the day are what work for others.. what ever works for you is important..…
