Bumping because this is my problem area too and I would love to see some transformations to see that it is possible to have nice legs after having big flabby legs :/ I have slacked off a lot the past few months and gained a few pounds backs but I'm going to start doing The 30 day shred again this weekend.

Thanks for replying! I am definately going to continue with her videos because I can tell a difference with just the 30ds so far. I also have twins who will be two next month as well as a 4 yr old. They keep me busy as I'm sure you know from experience ;). I just want to finally feel good about myself again and be tone.

I am 5'1 1/2 and weigh 143. Starting weight was 157 but I have weighed as high as 190. I'm hoping to get to around 130 or so. I haven't lost a pound in weeks so I'm starting to feel a little discouraged...

I am 5'2 (on a good day) 143 lbs I wear a size 10 (can get into a size 8 but they are still too tight for my liking) I am pear shaped and carry most of my weight in my hips and butt ;)

I was so glad to see this post. I also just completely day two of level one and I am soo sore!! I am going to try to keep pushing through though because I really want the best results I can get. I just really hope it does start to get easier soon.

Thanks for replying! Sounds like our measurements are pretty close! I am actually planning on starting 30ds tomorrow and then after I finish that I want to do her buns and thighs one. I just at least want my legs tone before summer. That's the one thing I hate about my shape is having most of my weight on my lower half :/…
