Try some Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Turkey Sausages links. You get three for a serving size which yields a total of 7 grams fat, 55 mg cholesterol, 490 mg sodium, 1 gram Carbohydrate, 1 sugar and 13 grams of protein. I also enjoy greek yogurt but have to add a Fiber One blueberry yogurt to help with the taste.
