Also, try to up the intensity of your workouts, instead of just walking try walking and then jog for a minute and then walk for 5. Maybe start lifting, or doing body weight exercise to help you build muscle. You can do it! It's time to kick it in to high gear!

They are coming to you because they need help. They didn't get the way they are overnight and you wont help them overnight either. You should know there will be bumps in the road and help them push through them.

Sorry about the confusion, my diary is friends only haha. There is no secret or trick or magic answer, I go hard and lift heavy at the gym and I'm keeping track of what I eat. It's also different if you are building muscle, you will see inches lost but less weight loss. :)

It can be really scary to get to a goal without knowing what it will be like on the other side. You've been fighting to reach it but what happens next? Don't be scared, it only gets better from here. Your hard work is paying off and you shouldn't be afraid of reaching this goal, just set a new one. :)

I can burn 1200 in an hour on an arc trainer doing resistance 100 incline 10 :)
