Congratulations, keep it going. I'm in the same place - 4 weeks and 5 kg (11 lbs) - my first mini goal. I've not been all that successful with food diaries before but realise it is essential to keep me on track - particularly with portion sizes.

Great day - got to sleep in, stayed within my calorie limit, enjoyed a coffee out with friends and then got to hear my niece sing the national anthem atthe Adelaide Australia Day Concert in front of thousands. :happy:

Yep, I'm in too. I've had my first weigh in since starting and had a good first week so now I'm on my way - just need to get the exercise going better. First 5kg goal within sight! :happy: :wink:
