  • Great work Diver. Congratulations on your success.
  • Hi Congrats on your loss so far - it's fantastic. I'm not from Tassie but the one and only trip I made there a couple of years ago had me in love with it - so many different terrains and environments in such a relatively small place and the people were very friendly. I'm from Adelaide and have no children so running around…
  • Unfortunately a very small gain of 200gm this week although my food intake has been quite reasonable (no cakes, biscuits etc). The water intake has been very bad though. I tend to see these small (100 - 200gm) changes as a little bit neutral due to the fluctuations of digital scales and fluid variation. Generally when I…
  • Back on track finally - I haven't posted for several weeks but I've now lost 3.5 of the 4 kg that I put back on in the previous month so I'm happy that I seem to be back in the right headspace. I am now setting my next set of goals and have joined a challenge on another site that I also use. The challenge is '12kg in 12…
  • A fun chart - A cinder block lost for me.
  • Really bad week this week - put new batteries in the scales and they added 1kg! lol - can't really blame the scales much as I'd like to - cold and wet weather = carbohydrate cravings for me to which I succumbed together with hot chocolate on several occasions. OK it's a new week so now to start over...
  • A very small loss of 0.2 and now back to where I was half way through last month. Now to give myself a good kick in the proverbial and push it further - I have just hit a full 6 months so am proud of sticking with it for this long. In the past, I would have stopped at about 4 months, generally pleased with the loss at that…
  • Ok - Just weighed in this morning and have lost most of what I put on in the last 3 weeks so I am ready to start again. This will be like the beginning of a new journey as my current weight is the lowest I have hovered around for the last 2 years or so. Time for a change - literally!
  • Hey Diver I'm still around and browsing the threads but have taken a break from posting and tracking for the last 3 weeks or so (to my weight detriment as I have put on 1kg) but I'm now ready to start tracking again. I agree it's a shame that everyone seems to have dropped off the thread although I note that some were…
  • Never too late to join the group folks. Good luck with your progress
  • Welcome back Fourbees :flowerforyou: and congratulations for staying on track without the logging. I have found this time that I need the logging and weekly weigh in challenge (even if not daily diary) to keep me focussed and on track. Otherwise I get complacent. Very happy this week with an 800gm loss as I have exceeded…
  • Bump for later
  • Well done Neets. Loss for me this week is 0.4 after a slight increase in the middle of the week - net result is all I worry about though and that was a loss (phew!) double figures again at last  Total lost 12.6kg in 13 weeks and I'm very happy with that as I wanted to do this slowly and sustainably (for a change)
  • Hi Everyone Diver you are going great guns. Like the new profile pic too. I haven't found one of me I like so haven't posted one yet! I've been logging in to the sheet but not posting on the board - generally going well with a steady loss averaging about 1 kg per week at the moment so I'm very happy with that. I'm…
  • And Me - Adelaide. Look for the group Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!
  • Happy for you to add me if you like - I'm from Adelaide and have been on MFP about 2 months.
  • And another one. Join the Aussie, Aussie, Aussie! group where you'll find many of us.
  • Fantastic Diver. I can't wait to be saying something similar but still a long way to go for me. lol
  • Fantastic loss TT. Congratulations
  • Wow diver - fantastic loss. Congratulations
  • Welcome to the group and good luck for your next weigh in. :flowerforyou:
  • Yay - 1.2 this week
  • Another from Adelaide.
  • Well done and keep it up.
  • Hi TotalTiger and other newbies, welcome to MFP - I'm from Adelaide. Feel free to add me means that the person is happy for you to add them as a friend. You can do this by clicking in to their personal profile where there is a button to "add as a friend". It will then send them an email asking them to accept your friend…
  • Hi all. Where has everyone been? This threads been very quiet and not much in the way of weigh in updates. I hope everyone is still going well on their lifestyle changes. Small loss of 400gm for me this week but at least it is in the right direction.
  • And another one at 58. Been here since Christmas and find it very useful and supportive. Love seeing the success stories.
  • Congratulations on making a start and getting to that first goal. I am doing the same thing setting small goals and then it does not seem too overwhelming. You will get there and look and feel fantastic for your wedding. Good luck
  • Congrats Diver on getting down to double figures - I can't wait till I'm there too
