All my faves are Oikos too, but the ones without the "fruit on the bottom". The banana and coconut are great with the 100 calorie pack cocoa almonds mixed in. The apple is great with plain almonds.

I actually make it a goal to go over what MFP suggests, the more protein the better - especially if you're weight training. Plus, protein keeps you fuller longer!

A grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard and a small chili from Wendy's is 600 calories. Not a bad option for someone who works 55 hours a week. Chicken is chicken. Just sayin'.

Whoever asks for the date should pay. But honestly, even if the girl asks the guy should still offer and visa versa. At the very least go halvsies. A true gentleman would always pay 100%.

I'm 5'10" and as much as I'd like to be 140, I know my body won't stay there. I'm shooting for 155 and if I can make it there I'll try 150. I don't think I can get down to much less than that.
