Well I'm with ya'll. I seem to fluctuate in weight every five years. I have no idea why this has been my life pattern. I don't really change my eating habits or exercise but every five years my weight will go up to about 125 at my heaviest and then after five years it will drop down to anywhere between 110 to 116. You can also use egg beaters. 1/4 cup is only 30 calories. I love egg mcmuffins and have been making them at home for quite a while. Easy peasy if you just pop the egg into a bowl with a smaller bottom and put it in the microwave for about a minute.
