For me its usually ever 5-10lbs. But I am short. 5'1" At my SW of 155 I was a 10, by 145, and 8 and at 134 I am a solid 6. My goal weight is 125 and I expect to be a size 4.

Eat one or two a week and go for a walk... a donut is about 200-250 calories... I have donuts every Saturday about (500+) calories of them...I then go for a1- 2 hour walk.

I have wine almost every night. I do use tasting glasses ( they only hold 5oz) or one serving so that I cannot cheat, this has helped me alot in keeping to my calorie goal...CHEERS!

I use tasting glasses. A 5 oz tasting glass is one glass of wine, and is around 110-130 calories. If you are going "out" assume whatever you get will be double that. Usually resteraunts serve between 8-10oz. Keeping that in mind..I ONLY drink good wine, bad just isnt worth the calories. Also I do a 45-60 min of calorie…

I am 5'1 and I think the ideal size is 4 for our height anyway... ---also make sure you are in womens not junior sizes..the way the cloths are shaped makes a huge difference when you are talking petite women cloths..( atleast they do for me) currently 6 would love to be in the 120lb and size 4 range
