Hello I am a 36 Year old attorney, I am 172 and need to get back into the 140s for both my health and military. I'm still in the reserves. Could use an accountability partner as well. My problem is I love food, bread, cheese etc and I fell of the working out bandwagon. Need to get back on. :)

Breakfast Bars or Snacks. Instant Breakfast Single serve jars. Kind Bars. Tuna and goldfish. Cereal. Even if you add milk its generally not bad and can be used for any meal. Also bananas, apples and other fruit should last a few days without a refrigerator.

Okay was this over a period of time or literally a one day span. b/c if it was one day you need a new scale. If over a period of time I COMPLETLY understand. It can be disheartening to have to re-loose weight you had already lost. I am in that situation now and it bugs the crap out of me. Lost everything, got pregnant, now…

I had a similar issue when I had a period of depression, drank too much, ate too much...got too big. Changed out my giant wine glasses for tasting glasses started watching what I was eating/drinking and felt much better for it. You got this :)

I like wide shoulders , a good butt and abs ( would be ideal) I'll be honest my husband has lost his paunch lately...and I told him he could keep his goatee (which I hate) if he got a six pack, lol

Congrats lady, I did a lot of this, sadly I am not as far as long. I was 132 when I got pregnant, 185 when I delivered and am now 155. Just stepping up my workouts to try and drop the last 20lbs.

I have a question about shoes. I generally cannot go to a runners store. I wear a 7.5/8 womens wide and they NEVER have them. How would you recommend I go about trying to get a decent pair.

I am 5'2 and my goal weight is 135. That is as "skinny" as I look right. It puts me in about a size 6 and wearing small/mediums very well. I also went from 160ish to 135 last year pre-baby. I want to be in shape. That means I need to be "thinner"...sorry just the truth. When I am "in shape" I will be a size 4/6 and about 130. Which is still over the recommended BMI for my height 5'2 , however I just do not look good at anything less than 125 or over 135. Sad truth. Currently 150 - 4 months post baby

I have donuts at maximum once a week. on Sundays for 400 calories...and then I go for a walk and have soup for lunch...gotta do what you gotta do

I only log when I lose weight, so the tracker wont go up...only down. Oh and I've been using my baby for an excuse of why I only go for walks instead of "real" workouts...this has got to stop. sigh

I had periods like this ALL the time last year. ( when I lost weight pre-baby) Some weeks I would loose 2lbs..sometimes none. As long as I averaged 2-5 a month I was happy. You got this.

I was at this weight last year. I ate between 1450 and 1600 calories and lost down to 132 in about 10 months. Had baby so now starting over ( currently 152) but you in no way need to go that low to lose weight.
