I used to drink instant breakfast as a teenager with skim milk ( about 200) calories once you add them together. I hate breakfast and this was great ( especially since I have been hypoglycemic all my life) and skipping breakfast as a teenager might have me passing out at school.

I would say about 1800 , although they say you burn 400+ calories BF, honestly I'm currently BF and not so sure about that. I try and keep my calories at about 1650, but I am actively trying to lose weight. I am 5/'2. My BMR is at 1450, to maintain I need to be at 1800 so I should lose some weight at 1650.

Smaller plates, more water ( drink water, before and after everything) celery is also your friend... ( you can eat so much of it) and then I just eat smaller portions of good/bad for you food

I hate them, but then I hate gym time ( Its a necessary evil, like dental work) but on the other hand I love martial arts and kickboxing and pay them to order me around, and yell at me with a smile on my face...so to each their own

Honestly, without a picture I can't really judge. I believe you are being over hard on yourself if you are 110lbs nothing on you can be huge or look pregnant. ( very slim odds anyway) but if you want to post a pic, I'll give you exercises I think you should focus on to muscle train

Dont do something or restrict yourself to where it is a crash diet..do it marathon style, lifestyle changes. One less cookie , one more pushup. I just do light weights 20lbs or so,and walking. (2-4 miles) Which was about what I did before I got pregnant. The thing at this point is to not strain your body, if you are used to it, great, if its new i'd wait until after.

5'2 and before my pregnancy I was at 135 with a goal weigh tof 120-125. At that I am a size 4 and slim without being creepy. Anything lower and I lose all curves.

I dont recommend cutting calories, but if you want to lose weight quicker I found I lost quite a bit more with sustained cardio instea of weights. My best weight was 125, I have been everything between 104-160. Currently I am pregnant so not counting or obsessing right now. But at 125 I am a solid size 4 and generally fit. I go by that more than I go by numbers on the scale.

I know for me 1200 calories did not work at all. Calculater your BMR http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ and DO NOT eat lower than that. Use that as your calorie goal if you have too. That is what worked for me.

If you are at 122 ( am I reading your weight thing correctly) Then you are no where near 27.9..I have you at around 22% which is a solid calculation. If you want to strength train i suggest heavy weights and incline walk (10 or above) I am 132 and only at 24.14. USAF Myself
