  • I do 45 min 3x a week an incline of 12.5-14 ( I up it every 10 min during the workout by .5) That still kicks my butt afer 45 min, but now I go do crunches when before I could barely hoble off the treadmill...

  • Not sure, I've had a few lbs differenec but usually that is before or after my period so i chock it up to water weight. I also try not to weigh myself during that time if I can help it.

  • Yes. Now things to make you feel better. Wear some interesting lingerie ( you can get control) also corsets also always make everyone sexier. Also fishnets with thigh highs ( underwear on top of those) will make you look and feel better. And if all else fails ( blindfold for him) and a feather for you ...hope this helps
  • I would use either a low strapless or no stick bra,just to feel comfortable but thats me. It depends on how thick the material in the front is. You could also sew a bra shelf into each cup if you wanted a permanent fix. - sorry guys:)
  • In the morning. If your husband is still home I would get up at around 630, to do an hour from 630-730 so that you can be out of the house by 830. I find that the morning is the best for me as i want to do NOTHING once I get home.
