I generally know where I want to eat out, so i look up the nutritional information online or on the app. the MFP app is great in helping me make decisions about what I want when I go out. Its a lifestyle change... so of course I eat out but I keep the my limitaitons then as well.

When single : grilled chicken,steak or shrimp, with microwave corn and salad ( easy to seperate out and they make those cute individual corns) ceral ( don't judge) tuna and lots of soup

Instead of going for the gym for an hour I go for a walk. I get about 3 miles in, not the greatest workout but something...and since i'm out in the sunshine it generally makes me feel better emotionally...This is for the first few days after that back to normal..but if i'm randomingly hurting I dont stress myself...

I lost 10lbs and people noticed...although they thought I had lost 20 or more!...I was not sure if I should be happy or offended..that they thought I was so heavy before... But I am a shorty almost 5'2...Went from 150ish to 140ish when they started noticing...

What I did when I had this problem is reverse it. Do 45+ min of cardio 3x a week then 2x a week weight lifting. i also generally cut 10-20 percent off the work out calculations when i log it. Unfortunetly for me cardio , cardio was the way to lose weight...although I did get stronger with weight training

I think your doing fantastic....If I could lose 25 pounds in that time i'd to cartwheels ( i'd even learn)! Congrats..take some pictures along the way. It really helps. When I lost the first 10 lbs I did not really see a difference but my family thought I lost almost 20..so who knows

I think it all depends on your body type, althouogh weight training should help you gain muscle and look better. I personally did not lose weight until I upped my cardio in addition to weight routine.

SW - 158 CW- 139 GW- 129 - 120 ( I have not decided yet) I keep looking at old photos trying to decide where I want to be. I am 5' 1 and 1/2in! According to the evil app on my phone my ideal weight is 118 - not going to happen...so we shall see

I use instant breakfast and have had no problems. ( I am also not a fan of breakfast) would have to look up nutritional comparisons to see if they are similiar.

Tasting Glasses saved me! They are exactly five ounces or "one serving" of wine. 120 calories a glass about and I limit myself to one a day on week days. Then 2-3 on weekends IF i have worked out enough to justify them. I still get my emotional release without a lot of the guilt

Dont' know if its proven but I did see some reports that having your cell phone in cleavage can cause cancer. Seems to make as much sense as anything else. ( I don't really worry since I do not have enough to hold a phone :) )

I like the itty bitty california kitchen ones. they are about 400 calories I think and since they are good I dont feel cheated.

I think that would depend on what you mean by skinny fat...if you mean slender but not working to increase strength, or stamina but you can still walk up a football stadium and lift your own milk/eggs and children then cool.... yes I would be fine with that... if you are talking skinny fat in that you are slender, but…
