I'm 298 and just started it it is really hard but i found out a lot of my pain was caused by my shoes, not my weight. I went to this store that scans your feet and picks out a shoe that fits your needs, its still really hard but I have less pain and it is easier to run now.

do interval training, jog one side of a block, walk a block, do this for as long as you can and then when you are tired just walk but try and increase the distance jogged every week, or pick a walking path that has a large variety in hills

I would agree protein is more important but as you increase your working out you will need to eat more complex carbs (whole grains) to restore the energy that your body needs to keep up the working out and progress. Drain liquid and put on cookie sheet turn oven to 450 sprinkle with garlic salt, chili powder (any type of dried spice you like for the flavor) dried ranch packets roast in oven for 40 mins shaking the sheet to rotate them about every 10 mins. High protien tasty on the go snack similar to flavor roasted peanuts

I want to be down to 280 by my birthday July 6th so I got 23lbs and about 3 months hope I can do it so I will feel comfortable in bramuda shorts again

I love it when i have used it before, I did the body by vi challenges and then had a bunch of surgeries that laid me up but I lost 11lbs in two weeks and an over all lost of 25 in about 4 or 5 weeks. I would pick it back up and be consistent with it in a heartbeat

You look awesome but I was wondering if you did it all with just diet and exercise or if you were going to a group like weight watcher's too? I have a 130lb weightloss goal and somedays It just feels like diet and exercise wont be enough
