questions about stronglift 5x5
So i did my first work out yesterday of stronglift 5x5 and now have 2 questions. 1) I did my squats using the powerbar rack since no spotter and the bar really hurt on my shoulders any ideas for pads, or if i put it lower becaus it is suppose to be a low bar squat my arms were uncomfortable on the bar.
