I play it on Xbox 360, I downloaded them to my HD. Quite cheap now, you can pick them up second hand for about £15, which is about $25. Worth every penny! Add me people IOEnDgAmEOI

Dead Rising 3 is terrible! I got the Xbox One, and I find myself on my 360 more! Best zombie games series EVER is the Left 4 Dead games. L4D and L4D2!

Still play Black Ops 2. Civilization Revolution Diablo 3 CoD Ghosts (although I still prefer Black Ops 2 Occasionally I still play retro classics. Like Final Fantasy 7, 8 and 9. Resident Evil 2 Silent Hill Depends what mood I'm in, I love gaming!

I was 404lbs when I started, down to around 280 now. Feel free to add me!

I'm just renewing my old resolution of getting healthy, given I'm still about 50LBS off it!

Liverpool here.

The choice could come out of shame. I was ashamed of myself, for the state I allowed myself to get in. Ergo, I decided to do something about it. It is how it is.

No, I'm fat, posing nude wouldn't fit well with being self conscious.

My mind boggles when I see people saying "I can't reach my 1300 daily calorie goal" I usually have between 1000 - 1300 calories just for my dinner. You probably can't reach your 1300, because you're that malnourished you can barely be bothered to feed yourself!
-
I will eventually do some before and after pictures. Although I have lost 118 LBS, I still have about 50 or so more to go. So I figured I would leave them until the end result!
-
Between 1000 - 1200 calories is what I usually have for dinner everyday! Your dinner sounded nice, I'm making a home made masala tonight myself!
-
Chicken soaked in lemon juice... That sounds delicious!
-
I have to agree with you, vegetable samosas are worth the calories they pack!

I LOVE Indian food. It depends what your taste is. My favourite kind of curry is a bhuna. Usually a chicken bhuna. It's not too spicy, cooked with onions in a thick sauce. If you like spicy food, you could go for a madras. Failing them two, and if you like milder curries, you could always go for a Korma (although it's made…

I've never really had that problem. I've seen a lot of people mention that they seem to stall when they eat the same foods, due to their metabolism getting "used" to the foods, but I can honestly say I've never experienced that!
-
I'll be making a chicken curry tonight myself. I agree, I rarely tire of the same foods.
-
My dinner usually consists of chicken in some way (It's really the only meat I still eat these days, and turkey if I get a Subway) Usually it's chicken breast, with some kind of sauce (curry sauce, Spanish chicken sauce, etc) rice and pittas. I found that protein is vital to keeping that "full" feeling.
-
Yeah, pretty much. Only I don't wedge them together to form a sandwich. I place each egg on it's own slice of toast. It's the way it should be!
-
I usually eat fruit, veg and eggs everyday. I'm pretty confident I get all my vitamins in daily, usually aim for my 5 a day! Eggs are brilliant. So good for protein and low calorie. What more can ya ask for?!

I was in your boat in May, now I still have around 50LBS to go until I'll be happy with my weight, but I managed to break through the 100LBS mark. Feel free to add me if you need support/advice.

Will power is a strange thing. I've lost nearly 120 LBS, and I still give in to temptation sometimes and eat like an unhinged beast. I soon discovered it didn't really matter. I can eat like a food deprived maniac every now and then, it's not like I got fat from binging out on food once every now and then, I got fat from…

What is the FT60 like? What does it do that the others don't? I have heard quite a few people praise the FT60, but I'm not entirely sure what it does that the others don't.
-
You have to fully exhaust yourself to get an accurate VO2. I have a friend with the updated model, and he dismisses the VO2 part of it. The FT4 bases it's calorie burn estimate on your age, weight, height, gender and BPM.
-
I have the FT4, it's cheap and reliable, but you can get better more expensive models. I use mine for swimming mostly. The Ft4 (like the others) comes with the watch, chest strap and transmitter. I compared it to the expensive gym ones and it was spot on most of the time. Sometimes the BPM would differ slightly, but not to…

I'd probably go for normal chocolate, just less of it. The sound of sugar free chocolate sounds depressing, not to mention gross.

Jagermesiter.

I... I don't get it. :|

I have one, but I never use it anymore. It's good in the sense of being a pedometer, but that's all it is really. A glorified pedometer. A HRM would be a much better and probably cheaper purchase.
-
I have both, but I no longer use the Fitbit. The Fitbit is useful if all you want to do is keep track of your steps taken. However, the Fitbit cannot keep track of the intensity of the steps, or track your BPM. All it is really is a glorified pedometer. I have a Polar FT4, and I find it far more useful than the Fitbit. It…
