Hello! I have been in the process of incorporating WAPF principles over the course of the last year or two. Was glad to see some like-minded folks here at MFP. The question I would love to have answered is whether monitoring calories and continuing to eat a WAPF-friendly diet has helped y'all to lose weight?

I am curious about this, as well. When I linked FitBit to MFP, the MFP instructions said I should log the start time of my exercising under "Exercise". However now it shows that I burned 300+ calories that I logged and 250 calories as a FitBit adjustment. So, what did we decide? Delete the one I entered?
