  • I had a near 2 week break for vacation but felt great to get back into it. I am currently at: Squats - 165 BP - 135 DL - 185 OHP - 105 Rows - 115 Everything is still good but OHP is getting hard. Good luck this month to all.
  • Mehdi has a shoulder dislocation stretch on the SL website. It has helped me (in a short time) be able to be mostly comfortable with the low bar position. http://stronglifts.com/shoulders-dislocations/
  • I started last night with the test and managed 11. Now that I look at the program I wish I had only done 10!
  • I am half way through week 2. It really isn't as bad as I thought it would be so far... although I have tried not to look ahead too much. 20 min sounds tough from where I am at... :)
