Im back! I see I'm going to have to force my way back to health I've sat around long enough my goal this week is to exercise at least three times get my water in and login everyday my ultimate goal is to lose 5 lbs by the end of the month I can do this! I'm back for support and to give support Have a marvelous Monday!

Hey all all the tests came back okay I'm finally feeling a little better, not myself.. still kind of weak but I am very hungry smh going to take my time with this week and come back next week stronger than ever thanks for all the good thoughts!!

Good morning I'm still really down still managing to eat a little LOL but not much finally got some antibiotics called in by the doctor I met my goals yesterday I'm only a little worried but I know I'm going to pull through thanks for the support you guys are killing it

Im still not feeling well but I did meet my challenge yesterday of logging, drinking my water staying under my calories and lo and behold the scales going down but not for the right reasons be careful what you ask for! you guys continue to motivate me I would have given up a long time ago if not for you all

Thanks for the well wishes- still down but not out! @fitness32wk I want to do the weekly challenge.. but unfortunately due to my not feeling well this week I'm going to focus on logging and getting my water in I'm not going to press myself on exercise and pray to do better next week!

Ive been sick for a week now and it's only getting worse I'm beginning to become a little concerned will call the doctor tomorrow... Ive manage to come down with a head cold always always something I got two of my three goals done yesterday wasn't able to work out probably can't today either but I'm trying to hang in there and do what I can on the eating and water keep up the good work all!
