I apologize for my abscence my back went out on me Monday and Ive been too down to participate so maybe I have to go to the cheering squad until I can get myself together! Im at Ortho Dr now...only good things the weight loss but for all the wrong reasons!!!

Holmesp603 Week 4 Friday LW 180.8 181.4 Interesting I started this month at 181. 4 so to have not lost is disappointing but to not have gained is a win all in of itself!! I think I could lose 5 pounds before the new decade starts as a matter of fact I know I can!!

Day 3 would be that in last 10 years Ive had both knees replaced, right shoulder replaced and brain surgery to fix my eye! Smh AND Im still here! Normally when Im in pain I wouldn't work out but Ive come to learn that the pains no worse and actually like today it actually reduces the pain somehow! Who knew?? But God.
