🗣Comments/Goals: Having a tough time sticking to my IF plan...ended up doing 16:8 today which is still reasonable, but trying to stave off a gain this week will be difficult. The anxiety and stress of thanksgiving is hitting me hard today.😣😖4 -

My plan for the next 3 days (Sunday-Tuesday) is to do very low calories (a 4:3 IF week)...then on Wednesday (my bday) and Thanksgiving, I'll do OMAD and try to eat slow and watch my servings, but I will be eating the celebration foods....weigh in Friday😖😣...and hope and pray for the best. 🙏🤪

Lots of steps but also lots of calories I can't seem to get my motivation back to lay off the sweets! Chalking part of it up to being tired and jet lagged this week, hoping for a better week next week.

I believe I got everything caught up this morning before going into the week 3 tallies.
@shbarbor @Fitness327wk I caught the posted weight so I could finish the tallies for the warriors.

I am going into town again today with my bride ...only this time we are working in her classroom getting things ready for the short week (2 days) and then we are getting a dog to babysit from one of her teammates at work.

Not my best day. Missed getting to the gym but spent the morning with a dear sick friend. Planned an hour, but his wife needed me to stay longer so I stayed 4 hours. It was the right thing to do. He has ALS - horrible disease. Puts things in perspective for me. Headed to the gym now though, & I won’t complain about going.3 -

OK I am going to get this started for DAY ONE....
#1 NSV for me was last January-March when I was able to quit using an extender to button the top button of my Carharts Jeans ... This was so powerful to me... this NSV also included my ostomy gear and my Hernia belt.... so YEAH it was huge for me.4 -

My best NSV this year happened quite recently as in last week! I accomplished 150 Barre classes and had purchased these crazy 😜 leggings six months ago and never felt comfortable wearing let alone in class. I wore those leggings proud and felt confident in class and also had to stop at the grocery store!
