    New Goals for me!

    ✅1. Steps > 7,500K 10,421 Tired for many, but did them. Learned I really do have more energy in the late afternoon!
    ❌2. Net Carbs under 180 for the day 192 I will today! It’s Much lower than the past 3-4 days!
    ✅3. Veg/Fruit servings - 4 or more per day
    ✅4. Read at least one page in a book per day
    ✅5. Positive self talk esp. about my body/hair/face - it’s working!!

    DAY 2: My November Biggest excuse is....

    ....I worked out, soooo I can eat that 'XYZ' food.... I usually don't eat my exercise calories back and I can stay in my IF eating window during the week. It's the quality of the food that I have been choosing that is not good.

    My NSV for this excuse will be to STOP🖐🏼🚫🛑 and ask "DO YOU NEED THAT?" ...and if the answer is "YES, I am hungry"--then choose a protein-based snack... today I chose hard boiled eggs🥚🥚🙌😋

    ✅ Logged food
    ✅ Stayed under calorie goal
    ✅ 1 hour+ of cardio (PT, Arc Training HIIT, Stair Climber, Outdoor walk with Goldie)
    ✅ Maintained IF schedule w/ No food after dinner
    ✅ Water: 225.8 oz.

    Exercise: Burned 747 Calories pickleball, weightlifting

    Lifted early in the garage, got bored so I went and played pickleball. Put on the knee sleeves, took a handful of advils and hit the court. I can't sit around. Sat for 8 months with atrial flutter, not gonna let my knees slow me down.

    Goals this week:

    Log all Foods
    Cut 500+ calories daily
    One power protein shake at noon, one meal at 6pm
    Minimum 5k Steps
    Strength work every morning minimum 30 mins

    @jcgator2016 I know the feeling of being sidelined for (10) months.... it's super frustrating...be cautious with those knees though... but WTG today---you got a massive burn in!!🔥🙌🔥

    No Excuses November! Day 2 💃🌟💃! NSV Week!

    So I had posted earlier my excuse -
    My November Biggest excuse is that I am tired and I don’t want to cook! Excuse! I feel that and I eat unhealthy and it hinders my own NSV. I love to cook, usually! We all have our days. I will have healthy opinions available in the freezer when I don’t feel like cooking.

    NSV tonight! I made a delicious Pork Tenderloin roulade and enjoyed a nice evening with hubby. Yea! Extra leftovers in the freezer!

    Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. ✔ 35 minute walk and 20 minutes on the exercise bike

    No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔

    That protein goal is hard for me! I thought I had lots of protein today but I was only at 21% I am proud that I hit my step goal today though! We got snow and I hate snow so I was mostly inside today. Most of those steps were just from cleaning my apartment!
