Day 3: List one health benefit you've achieved by making healthier choices. NSV:

Consistent exercise has resulted in needing higher resistance settings for both the elliptical and exercise bike for the same heart rate!!! BTW - I just love how accessible our heart rates are now with all the new electronics. No need for a big honkin' chest strap.

Day 3 would be that in last 10 years Ive had both knees replaced, right shoulder replaced and brain surgery to fix my eye! Smh AND Im still here! Normally when Im in pain I wouldn't work out but Ive come to learn that the pains no worse and actually like today it actually reduces the pain somehow! Who knew?? But God.

@jcgator2016 I can't sit around either. The other day I told my husband I was taking a walking rest day. That night I was walking the house to get in my step goal and did more on my bike because I couldn't stand it. My husband found me very funny.

@Shortgirlrunning My husband has trouble getting in all his protein too. He's started doing protein drinks, but admits that they might not fit into a lower calorie plan.

@ConfidentRaven - I already eat eggs every morning plus usually have hard boiled eggs on hand as a snack. I don’t do protein shakes because I don’t like to drink my calories. I probably just need to pick up some Greek Yogurt at the store today.
