My daily goals 11/17
1. Calories < 1500 ✅ 1211
2. 10,000 steps ✅ 10898
3. 30 min exercise ✅ 45 min walk
4. Log all food ✅
Thank goodness for the evening walk as I did not get to ANY of the other exercise I had planned for the weekend! 😩4 -

@runarml - based on 2,000 steps per mile (approx. 10,000 per Five miles) You went over 77 nearly 78 miles last week!! My feet 🦶 hurt, LOL! Fabulous!

Good Monday Morning! I was successful with my no late night snacking had to go to bed but hey I woke up with a pound lost over the weekend!! that is a first !!
part of weekend consistency is logging I knew that just didn't want to do it but you guys have turned a light switch on me I have my moments where I melt down and crumble about all the tragedy around me in my personal life and in the world and I try and Shake It Off and press on
it's hard to explain I hate to keep saying it God sent you all to me and I'm going to try to do a better job of giving back because I'm overwhelmed with the support
if there's something I can do, please let me know!

My feet did hurt a couple of the days! We had such a short time in Rome and it's such a great city to explore on foot so we did lots of walking!

✅2. Eat fewer calories than my daily goal with at least 5 servings of fruit/veg daily
✅3. Create (not imagine or read about), but actually create art each day.
✅4. Use UltraVolt on muscles 5 mins daily & arm/back stretches another 5 mins daily.
(+ ankle & PT bands) Total 14 mins
✅5. Immediately catch self if thinking negative body thought & say something very Positive about my body & something about how grateful I am to be thin & healthy.
Had to do this several times. It helped each time!
This may be the most important thing I’m doing right now! I’m thin. I need to help my brain realize it more often.
Just realized: I might need to go buy an article of clothing. I haven’t purchased much at all. (I still hate clothes shopping- so many horrible experiences when I was 73lbs heavier...) Time to re-write that story! 💙5 -
