Ways I am going to be SMART this weekend!
Specific (simple, sensible, significant).
Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
Achievable (agreed, attainable).
Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).
Time bound (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive)
My plan for the weekend:
I have planned my meal choices even though we are going to a comedy show tonight (fun!). I checked their webside and I can order grilled Salmon. Today is a rest day for me, thus I am going to relax. For lunch, hubby wants to go to our fav Mexican restaurant and I will limit my chip intake and my splurge this weekend and have a skinny margarita. No late night snacking.
Sunday, playing golf and walking the course for extra exercise. I am making my husbands favorite dinner and itβs high calorie. I am going to poach a salmon for me instead.
Again, no late snacking.

Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. β 40 minutes exercise bike
No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) β

My daily goals 11/22
1. Calories < 1500 β 931
2. 10,000 steps β 8949
3. 30 min exercise β 35 min bicycle, 15 min yoga, 2 mi walk
4. Log all food β
I did have one small glass of wine at the party but stuck with my LaCroix for the rest!3 -

β 1. 7,500 STEPS or more daily. 10,558 Had 5K due to outing with family - went for a walk 10:30-11:30 PM because we are Fitness Warriorsβ£οΈ
β Eat fewer calories than my daily goal with at least 5 servings of fruit/veg daily
β 3. Create (not imagine or read about), but actually create art each day.
β 4. Use UltraVolt on muscles 5 mins daily & arm/back stretches another 5 mins daily.
β 5. Immediately catch self if thinking negative body thought & say something very Positive about my body & something about how grateful I am to be thin & healthy.2 -

π£Comments/Goals: Having a tough time sticking to my IF plan...ended up doing 16:8 today which is still reasonable, but trying to stave off a gain this week will be difficult. The anxiety and stress of thanksgiving is hitting me hard today.π£π4 -
