Changing up my weekly goal a little bit. I hope this is okay. I originally had gym workout 5 of 7 days a week. I've changed that to just "workout" because it has been impossible for me to get to the gym this week. I've got a lot going on with family and a good friend in the hospital.4 -

Hello!
Today wasn’t quite as disciplined as the last few days but I still stayed within calories.
My naproxen is wreaking havoc on my stomach so I’m going to head to sleep early tonight. Bonus -can’t sleep and snack at the same time.6 -

We bought these new shirts for work and when they arrived I didn’t realize it was a fitted women’s style in a spandex type material. It fit like a sausage casing and I haven’t worn it ever.
Today I thought I would try it and it slipped on comfortably with no clinging!
Although I feel like I haven’t made any progress in the last few months, it’s amazing to have a little tangible evidence that I’m on the right track.5 -

Trying to stay consistent at a 2-2.5 weekly loss. Will be doing more fitness training and less pickleball to build/maintain muscle mass. Got with my new nutritionist at the fitness training center and we changed my eating schedule and she wants me to eat cleaner and no dairy products. Not a big veggie eater, I'll have to get creative.

My 3 year old grandson informed me that Santa won't come to my house if I don't put up outside Christmas lights. I told him that will be okay. This didn't sit well with him. "Well, Nana said Santa will be bringing some of my presents to Nana's house, so you better put up outside lights!" I haven't put up outside lights in over 15 years. But, I wouldn't want to upset Santa or my grandson.
