    Log everything
    Stay Under Calories
    Three days Fitness Training, two days pickleball 60 mins max or lift weights if knees are sore
    Increase weight loss to 2.5- 4 pounds
    No dairy
    Maintain new eating program

    Week 2 Goals:
    -25+g fiber daily ❌ 17g
    -2 fruits daily ❌
    -120+ 💦 daily✔️
    -Log at least 40 min exercise daily✔️ 40 min
    -Strength training 5/7 days
    ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️weights/cardio
    -7500 steps- ❌ 6642

    What I did well last week was got my exercise in and logged it! I made an effort to get it in earlier😊 I need to work on planning meals when my normal day changes for whatever reason. Bring a snack with me, bring extra water in case I’m away from home longer than expected. Overall, I feel good about this past week.

    A WARRIOR RUNS INTO THE FIGHT NOT AWAY FROM IT...FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE BEEN RUNNING AWAY FROM IT...
    THE FIGHT IS WITHIN ME... NOW IT'S TIME TO TURN AND BURN.

    Calories Under (Carbs slightly high)
    Exercise: Rested Knees
    Water: 64 oz


    Overall, week 2 went great. Stayed under calories every day, got my workouts in and stayed with eating program outlined by new nutritionist. No dairy, more protein, eat biggest meal for lunch, and light dinner. Did blow up a little today at the family Sunday dinner, but not too bad.

    Way to go Jim!! Great week!
