    1. No pain even with longer hikes
    2. Feel much leaner
    3. Figured out I can put on sock while standing on opposite foot. WOW. I always had to sit down before. HAPPY!!!
    βœ…5. Do some self-care each day: 4-5-7 breathing, guided visualization, nature walk, warm bath, fun music, doodle, recite the Serenity Prayer,etc.

    Singing in the rain (on my walk!)

    Here is our timeline and transition to WE ARE THE WARRIORS:

    Our official start day is Sunday, December 29th! For those who have decided to transfer over you will NOT need to post here after the 28th of December. We will be posting all weight and steps to start you off strong πŸ’ͺ (hard not to use emojis) for 2020! Lol! πŸ˜†

    Teammates that remain on Fitness Warriors:
    Greg, Sue, Kai and myself have agreed to stay on until January 4th through the transition. We will post weights and steps while the moderators select a new captain or have a different vision for the team.

    Greg will be supporting you as a quiet cheerleader! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ He is over working hard on our new website!

    We support everyone and what you choose to do! I love the MFP community!

    Also have some interesting news about water intake after talking to my daughter in law's brother, who is a renowned nephrologist kidney transplant surgeon. I'll share later when I get some time.

    Kai has an awesome idea and I totally agree with her along with the other captains! For our new team at WE ARE THE WARRIORS!!!

    We have decided that you choose any day of the week you want to weigh-in, however, you will need to post by Saturday @ Midnight for prior week or you will be listed as NWI (Never Weighed IN). This will provide all of our teammates some flexibility! I typically weigh-in on Wednesday and will continue to do so, however, if I go out on a Tuesday night and have a really high sodium dinner, I may wait to weigh-in till Thursday.

    This is your journey and we are excited to be along for the ride! πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸŒŸπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ
