3. Figured out I can put on sock while standing on opposite foot. WOW. I always had to sit down before. HAPPY!!!

Looks like I missed out on some news regarding the Big Move.
Also have some interesting news about water intake after talking to my daughter in law's brother, who is a renowned nephrologist kidney transplant surgeon. I'll share later when I get some time.

Kai has an awesome idea and I totally agree with her along with the other captains! For our new team at WE ARE THE WARRIORS!!!
We have decided that you choose any day of the week you want to weigh-in, however, you will need to post by Saturday @ Midnight for prior week or you will be listed as NWI (Never Weighed IN). This will provide all of our teammates some flexibility! I typically weigh-in on Wednesday and will continue to do so, however, if I go out on a Tuesday night and have a really high sodium dinner, I may wait to weigh-in till Thursday.
This is your journey and we are excited to be along for the ride! πππππ
