Here is our timeline and transition to WE ARE THE WARRIORS:
Our official start day is Sunday, December 29th! For those who have decided to transfer over you will NOT need to post here after the 28th of December. We will be posting all weight and steps to start you off strong πͺ (hard not to use emojis) for 2020! Lol! π
Teammates that remain on Fitness Warriors:
Greg, Sue, Kai and myself have agreed to stay on until January 4th through the transition. We will post weights and steps while the moderators select a new captain or have a different vision for the team.
Greg will be supporting you as a quiet cheerleader! πππ He is over working hard on our new website!
We support everyone and what you choose to do! I love the MFP community!

β 4. Write down at least 3 things that are better now that I am normal wt & healthy
1. No pain even with longer hikes
2. Feel much leaner
3. Figured out I can put on sock while standing on opposite foot. WOW. I always had to sit down before. HAPPY!!!
β 5. Do some self-care each day: 4-5-7 breathing, guided visualization, nature walk, warm bath, fun music, doodle, recite the Serenity Prayer,etc.
