@huango Well done on your self control! I've just eaten a handful of crisps before dinner, oops! So by supersets I mean I do for example 10 reps of squats then immediately 10 reps of ham curls and then rest for 2 minutes... then repeat twice more. I like it as I can get my whole work out done in about 50 minutes

@huango I love the dress! That's interesting! I lift roughly the same for squats/deadlifts as you but do 3 sets 10 reps super sets with split squats and ham curls :) I'm 5'3" how tall are you?

I have just started the 5:2 in January. I am still finding how it works for me but I have already lost about 6lbs after a plateau that lasted 6 months! My favourite way to eat them is cut in half with a tea spoon of soy sauce where the stone was... Just spoon it out, yum!

I used to cycle alot and found my legs would just give up suddenly after lowering my carb intake. I found a good vitamin and mineral supplement (I use centrum performance) stopped this for me.
