I would be anxious for the surgery and probably wouldn't even think about eating. But if I did I would probably make a simple protein shake, I would want that stomach empty for surgery.

Vanilla almond crunch, chocolate chip cookie dough and the cinnamon swirl. The apple pie is good too. I would recommend going on Quest Nutritions actual site, You can order just the flavors you want vs. a box of one flavor. I ordered a variety totalling13 and they threw in an extra one for free(cookies and cream, which I…

Veggies do get tiresome at times but I have found that if I cook them in a variety of ways it helps. I love roasted cabbage and cauliflower. Just put a bit of EVOO on them and place in single layer on a cookie sheet or casserole dish for about 45 minutes at 375--- I usually flip every 10-12 minutes. They are really good! I…

Who cares what people think. If it is uncomfortable for you and you can fix it via surgery, do it. In the long run it will probably make you feel so much better which will in turn make you take care of yourself even more.

Last time I camped I premade chicken enchiladas and froze them. Each one was wrapped in foil and then they defrosted in the cooler then you just reheat over the fire. I also pre grilled a veggie mix of mushrooms, zucchinni and onions with balsamic vinegar. These were great as a wrap or on their own, you can stuff it in…

I think sometimes people confuse intensity for time. Yeah I could walk for three hours at a ridiculously slow pace and say I walk three hours everday but come on....you have to get out of your comfort zone and get your heart rate going in order for it to do any good (relsults wise).

The question you should be asking is how do you feel about your boobs? If you are confident and secure with your size then he will follow suit but if you are constantly making an issue of your size then he will too.

If you are able to commit to a strict diet for 10 months in order to get surgery why not change your mind set and do it for life and avoid all of the complications of surgery? I am just curious because these surgeries seem to be marketed as the be all end all to lose weight, yet many people gain the weight back because…

6oz 99% lean ground turkey 1 clove garlic chopped 2 handfuls of spinach brocolli cauliflower cook turkey and garlic together. Once cooked add spinach until wilted. While those are cooking steam brocolli and cauliflower I like to cook a big batch of this and then I can use it in egg whites in the morning.

What a great menu. I would go with the beef appetizer, skip the cheese. Grilled Filet of Atlantic Salmon with a Thai Chili, Passion Fruit, Ginger, Shallot and Kaffir Lime Buckwheat Honey Glaze, served with Herbed Parmesan Roasted Potatoes & Market Salad -skip the potatoes and watch the dressing on the salad or ask for it…

I just had augmentation. I went from 34A (more like AAA) to a 34C. I can't tell you how glad I am that I did it. I was worried about how much time I would have to be out of the gym but I am really fit and I just hated the way my chest looked so I went for it. I was out for a total of two weeks. I am back in the gym just as…
