You are all an inspiration to me!! Wow! I am 5'2 I currently weigh 150 (down from 165) I don't have many before pics cause I didn't like my pic taken. I did do some recent ones when I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I will post when I am done w/ that...hopefully we can see a difference!!

Have you tried something like a 30 day shred? I know that by doing that my weight hasn't changed but my pants are falling off! I use Jillian Michaels dvds and make they kick my rear!! Just an idea!! I hope you find some answer because that is so frustrating!!

What does your 1000 calories consist of? I could eat 1000cal of mcdonald's and that wouldn't be good...but if I eat 1000 cal of fruits, veggies, lean protein, some fiber...then that would make a HUGE difference. And like someone else said above...your diet is a HUGE factor in weight loss.

I like to take my 1200 cals and divide it by 6. I try to eat around 200 cals each time. Or do about 300 for a meal 3x and then in between eat a 100 cal snack. If I eat carbs I do it earlier in the day and by end NO carbs.
