  • You can over dose on iron, so be careful, especially if you body doesn't expel it properly.

  • As long as you include the calories in your coffee within your daily allowance I shouldn't think there is a problem.
  • I can't drink water either. I mixed a little lemon cordial with it and managed 2.25ltrs in a couple of hours. I felt like a hot water bottle though. Think I'd better drink that amount over more hours next time.
  • Remember to measure yourself, you will probably see a difference there first. Muscle weighs more than fat and you will be building muscle on your legs if they have been aching from exercise.
