I've actually had more success eating a bit more (there's a lot on these forums on eating more to weigh less). Try it for a couple weeks and see how it feels :)

I try to net between 1400 and 1600. I can burn anywhere from 300-800 calories at the gym/working out, so I eat those back (or at least try to!).
