Started a very out of shape 221 now a strong weight lifting half marathon running 190.

Hi! I am Tara, 36 mom of two kids 5 and almost 4. I have lost over 30lbs in 2012 by tracking on MFP and working out. I run and lift. Looking to shed another 30lbs this year. I enjoy wine and chocolate too much so I need a good detox! Hoping 17DD will jump start my plateau.

I am 5'4" SW 220 size 18/20 CW 190 size 12/14 I have big boobs and big belly. My 12s fit great through my legs and butt but I have a muffin top. If I get jeans that fit my stomach they fall off my hips and I am constantly pulling them up. It is so frustrating!

Upped my cal to 1800 (plus I eat my exercise cals) and lost 1.8 this week! Super excited!

Pulled on a pair of jeans that were zipped & buttoned, straight from the dryer! By the end of the day my husband said "your jeans are falling off of you" :)
