I have quite a hairy chest, but apparently mine is quite attractive as it's got symmetrical whirls just above each boob. I'll call them boobs as I don't yet have pecs. I did shave my chest last year but it just looked stupid due to having no definition. Once I reach my goal of being ripped I'll probably strip the whole lot…

I actually quite enjoy the pain I feel after a hard workout. Even though it's been happening for years. I still get amazed with belly button fluff at the end of the day. I don't like tea or coffee. That apparently makes me really weird.

It's not really a running song, but for me if I'm struggling to make it through an exercise and I only have maybe 5 minutes left of a cycle or run to go I always put on Uniform by Bloc Party. The up tempo second part of the song is definitely one that gets me through and sometimes even further than I thought I would get…

For me it was the festive period and being told by multiple people that I had a belly. Also seeing photos of myself in shirts and the buttons looking rather strained did it for me. Onto a new and better shape than ever me. :)

Haha ok I'm looking to gain muscle. Finding it hard to eat surplus at the moment for some reason. What sort of calorific goal am I looking to consume on a daily basis? My daily calories on this is set to 1540, which I'm not actually meeting at the moment and I think that it's still a low goal for a male. I do around 45…

Only been started for 5 days, but done 5 days straight at the gym (2 hours each visit) and then 90 minutes of competitive football/soccer today aswell.
