As someone who went through the whole "shedding for the wedding" phase, I can totally relate. However, I would caution you about making your wedding your ultimate motivation. The problem is that your wedding is just one day in time. If that's all your motivated for, there might not be anything stopping you from going back…

Went to Game 4 of the Hawks-Blues series where they tied the series, and Game 2 yesterday afternoon of Hawks-Wild. I haven't been to a ton of other hockey venues, but I can't imagine there being anything that can compare to the atmosphere in the Madhouse! Of course, I'm biased too. :)

Apologies if someone already said this - but for those of you experiencing problems with whey protein, you may be lactose intolerant, or even gluten intolerant. Try switching to a lactose-free, gluten-free whey. MHP Paleo Protein makes Vanilla and Chocolate flavors I believe.

EDIT: Yes I would say probably the first 5-7 pounds were water. I cut WAY back in sodium. I had a scan done of my body to determine composition.

Mostly fat! It should also be noted that during that two weeks I was also exercising about 180 minutes a day. 45 cardio, 45 weights, 45 yoga, 45 zumba or spin. I don't have time to do that anymore...this was a two week period where I was focused on only doing this for myself, but it worked.
