don't underestimate how much you've eaten, and log EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth. even that one curly fry you picked off your friend's plate. it really adds up over time.

i usually burn 300-450 calories on insanity month 1. My main tip: eat real food. Even though you have more calories left over and it seems like you actually can have cake for lunch, it simply is not enough fuel to complete the workout.
