  • I used them to help me get portion sizes under control. Also, they still serve for a quickie with a side of frozen steamed veggies. They're the perfect fit for my 3am dinner when working overnights! One of them and some fruits, nuts, and yogurt as snacks and I'm good to go. Just drink lots of water with the sodium.

  • I believe it's 8 oz per cup. I usually count 1 water bottle as 2 cups (the 16.9oz ones).

  • I'm so glad you asked this! Great advice!! AS for monitor - check out the Polar 4ft or 7 ... people here gave great reviews on both. The 4 is around $60 where the 7 is higher.

  • Who doesn't love this idea! Great way to keep us motivating one another while sticking to our daily goals. I find that much easier than the lengthier ones. So for today, January 2nd. 1) Drink at least 4 16 oz bottles of water 2) Exercise for at least 30 minutes 3) Finish cleaning the upstairs part of the house!
