I'm at 194, I am 5'3" tall. These posts make me wish I were taller too - I wear a size 16 jean (sometimes 14 - depends on the jeans) and XL shirts (I'm a 40D). Can't wait til I am in size 14 jeans - and sometimes 12s, lol.

Can't you change the settings or something so that it doesn't announce it? I'm pretty sure that I had to choose to allow it to post that, along with choosing whether or not to share my diary, and whether or not to share my workouts/calorie burn. I could be wrong.

Actually there are built in rest days. I was worried too but some days (like workout 3 and 6 I think) you will click on the workout and it will tell you to rest and recover. Good luck! I'm on workout 8 (took a few days off, lol)
