I have not seen the commercial. I went into my local VS store 2 months ago and bought a bra - 40D - and it fits perfectly. I weigh daily and log once a week whether I have gained or lost.

I have a group from work that are starting it tomorrow. So exciting!

I restarted last week. Tough and slow going for me - but I think the key is that I restarted. Never give up, right? I've lost 4 of the 7 pounds I regained while not logging or exercising (I got lazy and then had a medical issue) which is great and encouraging. Good luck everyone, we can all do this!

ME TOO! Pepsi is my weakness. When I stop drinking it, I feel better. But once I have only one - I am back to drinking it all the time. All those excess calories too kills my food journal. It will be slow going for me - but am trying again to stop drinking my sugar. :smile:

I did the GR color run and it was so much fun! My group walked it and everyone had a great time. I will do it again in the future, and maybe run it next time?

I had my daughter at 23 (pregnant at 22). My daughter is 14 and I would not give the experience back for anything in this world. My sister was 16 when she got pregnant, and she is an amazing mother. You too will be amazing. Just do the best you can and remember that no one is perfect. Good luck!

For me too, smaller goals work better. I gave myself an inital goal to lose 10 pounds, and have kept it at that. I broke out of the 200s this morning. 10 pounds seem much more easy to lose than looking at the 50-60 I still want to lose. I would definitely break it down into smaller goals - but this is your journey, so you…
