I don't pay too much attention to calories, but eat higher protein and do weight training. The magic trick for me that finally clicked was eliminating most carbs.

It is the only way I am successful losing weight. So for me, it is best. Don't be afraid to have a 'cheat' meal now and then, if it will help your mental well-being.

I used to love WW. Lost 41 lbs years ago following the program, but having babies ruined that. Ha! When I tried WW again after having children, it never clicked for me. I was ALWAYS hungry.
