when is the best time to weigh yourself? I always weigh myself after a workout, but I've heard that you should weigh yourself when you first wake up in the morning. I'm confused!

I hear ya sister! once I start eating bad for the day, it just becomes a snowball effect for the rest of the day! It's terrible, I know, but the next day is a whole different day, and a day to start over!
