I have a desk job so I typically spend 12-13 hours stitting, 8-9 hours laying down (includes sleeping), and only 3-4 hours moving around. I'm 5'3" as well! 28 F with a starting weight of 270 lbs./current weight of 244 lbs. My goal weight right now is 150 lbs, but ultimately I would love to be somewhere between 130 lbs-150 lbs.
