Never really paid attention on how the media view me. I just focus on what I want to achieve and all. All those its just someone trying to sell their product. And the machine is plain hilarious.

9pm to 6am. My biggest meal would be 4-5am. On some occasion, it would be before bed....:yawn:

My brother is trying to lose a little over 100lbs and he lost 22#.... He told me that he would just go on trying to lose 30# first before going further cos once you reached to your first target goal, it gives you a boost to go on reaching the next 30#.

I'm okay with plain. Less sugar. At times, I add in a tbsp of honey. Fruits are good to, any kind, really. Am currently on a yogurt diet :smile:
