My understanding of what I read today it that MFP assumes you will, and wants you to, eat all of your workout/exercise calories (so that your body doesn't go into starvation mode from not eating enough calories) and thus your weight loss will be slow and steady and constant.

Hi, I don't know if this will help you because as one of the pages below says different restaurants use different ingredients. My advice would be to use these as a guideline and just go out and enjoy yourself. You can't cut everything good out of your life. You can always make up for it by doing a little more exercise each…
