1) My boyfriend called me at lunch to chat. 2) We got to leave work early today because of a snow storm. 3) Because of said storm I had to power shovel the driveway to get the car in (thus completing my workout for the day) and then I played in the snow like I was a 6 year old and it was freaking awesome :blushing:

If nobody has already said this, watch the movie "Fast Food Nation" (or read the book) either way you will not be so excited about those burgers anymore. Because of said movie I can no longer stomach the thought of a take-out burger...sad times :cry:

I actually get to move around a lot at my work, but on the days that I feel like I am sitting down a lot I stand up to type my emails. That is what works for me :happy: ....Oh and all the water that I drink provides many trips to the washroom:blushing:

I hear you there! I am one and the same and it really sucks when you realize why you are eating and you eat anyway:sad: . But like someone else said, I try to make better food choices when I am doing it and eat less. Oh and hide the sweets, because if they are in the room calories be darned!:laugh:

I would like to know the answer to this too! I can't remember the last time I felt that wonderful ab pain after working them. Does it mean that I'm not doing them right or that I need to put more effort into the exercise? I feel it when I am doing the exercise but not the day after like I used to :sad:

and to add to the overwhelming response....I would down grade! Maybe not 100% of the time, but yes I always would like to know the calorie and fat content before I order when I eat out. Hope it helps :flowerforyou:

Hi. I use my HRM when I do it and then use an online calculator to correct for VO2max (wow, what a mouthful!). Anyway, at my weight and height (150 and 5'4") and really going at it, I burn 600 calories in an hour. Hope that helps

I have tested both with my HRM and find that because of the different levels of intensity I put in to both the bike just burns more calories because my heart rate is that much higher.
