WOW! You are my new inspiration! I also plan to lose 100 pounds and I started to run last month. This summer I will run my frist 5k, 10 k and half marathon in september!!! :) I would like to know if you were eating your calories burned by exercice when you were training a lot and loosing weight?

I use Chalene Extreme, Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, Spinning DVD with my spinning bike and walking outside!

I don't have any explications but I just want to tell you that you are not alone! It's the same thing for me this week, I gained 3 pounds with a deficit between 500 and 750 calories every day! I just wich we wiil have a big weight lost next week! :smile:

I also think that it doesn't matter when you eat. For me, it's the same thing the week and the week end, breakfast between 5:00 and 6:00 am and last meal between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.
