Just got back from a great cruise. We went to Alaska and it was wonderful! Anyway, I ate what I wanted, including desserts and wine. I took a break from exercise and only ran the last day of the cruise. It was really nice to not count calories for 2 weeks (part of it spent in Seattle). And I came back to about a 3 pound…

Can anyone of you smart folks tell me why my ticker doesn't post? Do you have to specifically call it out? I set mine up, but I never see it. :frown:

I've had my fitbit for about 3 weeks, and so far I love it. I don't know how accurate it is on the calories, but I like all the webpage features, I like the integration with FB and MFP. And I like seeing how active I've been (or not) during my non-exercise time. It's small and convenient. Onyl scary thing is putting it…

I'm getting myself a "big green egg" smoker when I hit my goal. It's a pretty pricey cooking toy, but I know I will use it PLUS it's healthy. :) I'm gonna smoke salmon, chicken, veggies, and all kinds of good stuff in that sucker! I love the picture kandire. What's your tattoo gonna be? MM

I've cut back to the lower calorie beers, but not all the way to the diet beers. I don't see the point of drinking something that tastes…

I'm a shortie. 5'1". I haven't measured my waist. No clue on the body fat. I just know it's higher than I want it to be cause my pants are tight and I have a little pudge on my belly. I usually run about 5 miles, 2-3 times a week. On a good day, I will run 6-8. I just started doing weights. I would say I'm doing that about…

Thanks for asking the question. I had the same one, and I feel much more educated.
